The Girls Into VC Fellowship is a 10-week educational program dedicated to equipping young women with knowledge and skills in venture capital and the startup ecosystem. The program blends learning, weekly group discussions, and a final capstone project, creating an immersive and interactive experience. Participants engage in discussions, complete assignments, and collaborate on an investment simulation to craft an investment memo and term sheet, culminating in a deep understanding of venture capital.

Cohorts include 20 participants, divided into smaller groups of 4-5 for collaboration and support. The program runs three times a year—in spring, summer, and fall—with optional in-person meetups based on participant locations.
